My Dream Proposal

Ok, marriage is for me now a kinda scary idea and having a baby is kinda a nightmare... I am obviously not prepared for anything like that, but the ideas of having a romantic intimate proposal and a nice wedding party are not scary at all, in fact they are kind of exciting for me.

I may have talked about how I like being proposed before. I honestly don't like the fact that in my culture, the whole family from the boyfriend's side has to come to the girl's family with a whole bunch of stuff in order to officially propose the girl.

I like the western style of proposal that's more private and intimate - where only the guy and the girl know about it at the first place. I don't mind if my boyfriend tells my parents and his parents beforehand, but I really want him to propose me in a very private way, when he thinks he is ready for it and when he thinks I am too.

I came across this blog this afternoon and her proposal story is exactly what I want mine would be. Her boyfriend is very thoughtful, considerate and romantic. He really thinks everything through beforehand and really put much effort into it. He booked a private hotel in Italy, a hotel where he and his girlfriend saw on TV and both liked it. He designed the engagement ring himself and he even booked a train ticket for his girlfriend, because after the proposal she had another event to attend, so she wasn't running late. What a dream proposal it is!!!

I really think they are such a nice couple, both are good looking and pretty much in love - what could be better than that?

Anyway, my boyfriend's cousin is now having a little baby, she is so tiny - such an amazing little tiny weenie little creature. But I guess that's not yet my thing for now. Wait up baby, mommy still wants to have a little more fun... hahaha
